HelpGlowUp has been designed according to the "Privacy by Design" principle (privacy protection built in from the start).
Your child's progress statistics (questions seen, correct or incorrect answers) remain exclusively on their phone.
These statistics are accessible only by the parent through the parental settings integrated into the application. None of this information is ever transmitted to our servers.
To provide quiz questions, the application regularly contacts our server (hosted in France by OVH) to download packages of 10 questions.
During this communication, the technical information transmitted is:
geographie_12_13_fr.json)The application uses the speech synthesis functions of the Android system to read questions aloud. No audio data is listened to, recorded or shared.
Our server records the technical information mentioned in section 3.2 in files called logs. These logs have an exclusively security purpose: they allow us to detect and block intrusion or attack attempts on our infrastructure.
This collection is based on the legitimate interest of the data controller (Article 6.1.f of the GDPR): protecting the application and ensuring service availability for our users.
Logs are kept for a maximum of 14 days, after which they are automatically and definitively deleted by automatic rotation.
Only the application publisher (IDMECO) has access to these logs, strictly within the framework of IT security.
The HelpGlowUp subscription is managed exclusively by Google Play Billing.
Applicable prices are displayed in the application and on the Google Play store page. They may vary according to country, the type of plan chosen (individual, family, etc.) and current promotions.
